my very first sock

my life has been a lot of Degrassi, a lot of Twin Peaks, and a lot of knitting. aside from some pretty horrible technical difficulties (that were entirely my fault) around the heel, I'd say this sock turned out pretty good. It fits perfectly. I wish I had done the ribbing differently because it's not as comfortable as I'd like it to be around there, so I'll change that on my next one.
This is my last fun/experimental project before I dive headfirst into Christmas gifts! I bought all the yarn last night.
